Founded in 2014 by Joe Ward, a seasoned professional in financial services and insurance, Suncoast Insurance Solutions started with a mission to offer transparent and personalized insurance solutions. Joseph's extensive experience, spanning over two decades, set the foundation for a company dedicated to integrity and trust. Our team, including the vibrant and knowledgeable Theresa "Terry" Salak, brings a diverse range of expertise and a shared passion for helping our community.

Terry joined the Suncoast team in 2019 after a diverse career spanning sales and safety consulting. Her passion for golf and her love for animals reflect her approachable and caring nature. Today, she specializes in Medicare, individual and small group solutions, bringing warmth and expertise to help our clients navigate their options.

Our Furry Colleagues

We love our dogs! Nora and Daisy are more than just pets; they are part of the Suncoast Insurance Solutions family. These two delightful canines run the house while we handle the ins and outs of insurance and financial planning. They enjoy their winters soaking up the Florida sun and beat the heat by spending a few months each year in the North Carolina High Country. They're an essential part of our team, often seen lounging around the office or greeting clients with a wagging tail.
